entered into by the Gity of Dubuque
fur the paving of Harlan Street
hereinafter described, has been
eontpleiecl and said improvement
has been accepted by the City
Council of said Citp and the City
>;ngineer has computed the cost and
expense thereof to be $},762.50.
And whereas. public notice as
provided by law, has been published
by the City Clerk stating the iu-
tenlion of the City Council to issue
bonds to pay the cost of said im-
provement and a public hearing has
been held pwsuaut thereto, and all
objections filed thereto have been
considered and determined:
Now, therefore, be it resolved by
the City Council of the City of
Dubuque that to provide for the
cost oY paving' of Harlan Street
from t,)'iudsor Avenue pavement
to appro~imatel)' the east property
line of Sheridan Street there be
issued improvement bonds to the

system because of the high voltage

electrical energy be furnished from
the secondary circuits of the Inter-
state Power System, limited to 116
volts to ground, which is available
within the alleys adjacent to all
of the intersections involved.

buque be, and the same is hereby

Street, Jackson Street and the north
Citv Limits line behceen Central Ave-

Sec. 3. This Ordinance shall be in

after its final passage, adoption and
