DISCUSSION As part of a development agreement with Wendell Corey, President of Motor City, LLC, the City agreed to construct sanitary sewer lift stations and force main to serve the proposed development of Asbury Business Park. These improvements were constructed in 2008 and are 98% complete. Normally, ROW and easements are established for the public utilities through the platting process. But due to delays in the platting of the subdivision, the City has asked Mr. Corey for easements for the public utilities.
