Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is transmitting the 2002 Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Annual Products Report and GPRA baseline
questionnaire form. The annual report is a form submitted by all Certified Local
Governments (CLGs) to the National Parks Service (NPS). The NPS uses the report to
help demonstrate to Congress the accomplishments of programs that are funded by the
Historic Preservation Fund.

This memo transmits the 2002 Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA)
Annual Products Report and the GPRA baseline questionnaire forms for the City
Council to receive and file. The annual report is a form submitted by all Certified
Local Governments (CLGs) to the National Parks Service (NPS). The NPS uses
the report to help demonstrate to Congress the accomplishments of programs
that are funded by the Histodc Preservation Fund.
This report is submitted for the City Council's information. No action is requested
or required.
