Dear Friends:
It is with great regret that I announce I will not be reapplying to serve on the Dubuque Human
Rights Commissiom I have enjoyed my second term, and feel we have accomplished a great
deal, though I understand there is more to accomplish.
My life is heading out of the public arena. So I say good bye to a valuable experience.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve.
