This property is located in the Langworthy Historic District. StyleNear: 1955 brick duplex
(Assessor's date).
Physical Description: Paired minimal traditionals with centered tuck-under garages, brick veneer, hip
roof. Core plan measures 24x48 , side porches measure 4'6" square, matching rear porches measure
4x11. Concrete foundation.
Alterations: Building permit for two-family dwelling issued in 1955, cost $9,000. Assessor states
$16,400
Landscaping/Setting: Raised terrace, stone retaining walls along driveway.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
Original Owner/Builder: Mrs. Elizabeth J. Clow, widow of Kenneth Clow, was the first listed resident,
1957.
Building History: Cyril Gregorie owned the parcel when it was sewered.
