I am requesting the city extend the moratorium for another one-year period in the area where the approach to a new Mississippi River bridge cross'rog on U.S. 20 ~511 be needed. A map of the bridge approach area footprint is enclosed. We are anticipating having a much better idea within the next year of knowing when we expect to proceed with the acquisition of property in the approach area At this time we have no interest in the area covered by the moratorium being extended beyond the current western limits.
