7. Narrative Description:
This property is located in the West Eleventh Street Historic District. Style/Year: pre-1909, Colonial
Revival (roof form, massing, symmetry of façade, entry with side columns and broken pediment,
dormers, diamond lights in upper sash).

one-story flat roof porch to the right front. South bay measures 4’6” x15).
Alterations: new siding, metal railing on single story rear porch wing. Was originally completely
sheathed with dark stained shingles. Permits note re-roofings in 1967, 1985 (flat), 1996, and roof repair
1979. Complete interior remodeling c.1964.
