7. Narrative Description:
This property is located in the Jackson Park Historic District. Style/Year: pre-1889, one or two-story
brick side gable vernacular plan.
Physical Description: rectangular plan, stone foundation, double-rowlock rounded brick window arches,
paired windows and left hand entrance on upper floor west, symmetrical fenestration, double-decker
east porch. Single gable roof dormer off center on west wall plane.
Alterations: Permits note re-roofing in 1990 (partial).
Landscaping/Setting: built into high terrace to west and upper level has walkout.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
Building History: B. F. Davis owned the parcel when it was first sewered.
