This property is located in the West Eleventh Street Historic District. Style/Year: pre-1872?/1888-89,
1896 (Assessor), Modified Gothic style originally or vernacular, “restored” recently to faux Gothic

and match new garage, asbestos siding. Permits note re-roofings in 1939, 1949, 1984, porch built
1938, 20x20 frame garage on existing foundation 1994, 12x14 deck attached to garage 1994.
