Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Vernacular two-story brick gable front side hall plan (right side entry, no transom), Colonial Revival style porch Physical Description: 20x25 core, east rear side bay, stone sills, round light with lunette in west wing, stone foundation, rowlock brick basement window arches set below stone walls, American Bond on side walls, heavy straight stone lintels, side entry. Alterations: Window changes (picture window in front replaces two elongated windows, porch replaced, rear deck and two-story wing, brackets likely removed. Building Permit Cards: 1998-erect 286 sq feet open deck on side and rear-owner: Mark Hostager-contractor-owner. Outbuildings: Gable front small frame shed, alum. siding Landscaping Notes: Built on shelf that is below street level, walkout to east and rear, fronts north. 8.
