Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Italianate style, brick L-plan, modillions, pedimented front dormer, gingerbread in gable cap, wrap- around porch (original), elongated lower windows, original storm windows, corner boards, stone foundation with ornamented straight lintels, wooden water table, frame window surrounds Physical Description: 40x37 core, square on right side, irregular bays on left half, water table, rounded wooden lintels. Alterations: Concrete porch base Outbuildings: Shed roof garage, 1920, 20x40, to south Landscaping Notes: Ground level falls away to the south, T-corner intersection with Burch, drive to the west 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: Evaluation: Mint condition, individually eligible House surveyed by Kriviskey in 1979, rated "2" as an excellent example of a variation (or transitional) of a popular late 19th C. style."
