Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Second Empire style, front attic dormer, paired brackets, side hall plan (right side entry), hip roof porch, slate roof, 2/2 windows Physical Description: 33x24 core, all brickwork American bond, straight cut brick voussoir arches, ornamented stone lintels (rectangular motif), single-story rear brick wing in two sections with mansard roof, and matching dormers. Alterations: Three-story east side stairs/deck, later date porch Building Permit Cards: 1983 - replace deck, stairs MF brick dw-$4950-owner: Phil Hopkins-contractor: George Martin. Outbuildings: None Landscaping Notes: Corner site, stone retaining wall that is incorporated into the porch base 8. Andrew Mann, 1908-10 Vacant, 1918 Raymond McQuillan, 1921 Historical Image Notes: The 1909 Sanborn map shows the house with a two-story rear Mansard roof wing, east side porch, full- width front porch and a 1.5-story rear carriage house (341 West 3rd). The 1909/36 Sanborn map shows the same, and substitutes a garage in the northeast corner of the lot.
