Queen Anne style, two-story frame hip roof core, pedimented Classical style entry on porch, bay above
entry (unusual), round corner turret and matching rounded wrap-around porch-stone?
Physical Description:
Very irregular footprint44x30 core, tower in front left corner, also side porch to right
Alterations:
Permastone exterior likely an effort to extend stone porch pier effect to entire house

The 1909 Sanborn map shows the house with a rounded tower and wrap-around porch on the
southwest front corner, an east side porte cochere, a centered west bay, and a rounded bay in the rear
west side. There is an offset rear porch (471 West 3rd).
The 1909/36 Sanborn map shows the same.

Houses in foreground, are right of center 8eo. F. Atkins (now 971 West 3rd), B. M. Harger
(non-extant), and Fred Bell (non-extant). The back of 308 Hill is in the background, directly in line with
