Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements:
Italianate style two-story frame gable front, side hall plan (left side single entry), elongated Italianate
style windows, hip roof porch. Type is much earlier than given date of 1915, likely dates to 1890s at
least.
Physical Description:
39x18 core, 5x13 corner porch, single-story rear wing.
Alterations:
Resided, aluminum siding, porch posts replaced
Building Permit Cards:
1993-replace porch, posts, 7x25, SF frame dwelling-owner: Jim Bottomley-$922.
Outbuildings:
Gable front garage (aluminum siding), 1925, 12x26
Landscaping Notes:
Drive to north, very small and narrow lot, fronts west.
