We will also respond to many more urgent (emergency type) of calls such as wind damaged trees. With Emerald Ash Borer very present in the City of Dubuque, Ash trees are declining at an alarming rate. The City is being very proactive in removing Ash trees. We have approximately 2,000 Ash trees on city property. A plan to replace some of these trees will be developed this year.
