Public Input_Zuccaro re Five Flags Study and Poverty Study Kevin Firnstahl From:Citizen Support Center <dubuqueia@mycusthelp.net> Sent:Wednesday, March 06, 2019 7:53 AM To:Kevin Firnstahl Subject:"Contact Us" inquiry from City of Dubuque website Contact Us Name: Joseph A Zuccaro Address: 1765 PLYmouth Ct. Ward: Phone: 563-599-9908 Email: jazdental@outlook.com City Department: City Council Message: Thank You for the opportunity to talk at the council meeting on Monday. I want to follow up with my comments. First Five Flags-The study we paid for was not all inclusive, as it was suppose to be. I believe it did not explore all options. Please look at the contract. They did not look at private partnership at all nor did they explore a remodel. We have been talking and spending lots of money on studies. Make a decision and get it on the ballot in November, saving money by having a vote when school board is. Are you afraid it will fail in a general election? Second study on poverty. Please tell me how this study will help reduce poverty. The study is to determine if we have gaps in service. Poverty is a generational issue, We need to break the generational cycle. We need to work toward reducing poverty. Thank You, Joe Zuccaro Click here to report this email as spam. 1
