The Annual Tax Increment Financing Report for FY 2020 has been filed with Dubuque
County Auditor Denise Dolan pursuant to the Code of lowa, Section 403.19(2). This report
includes all cumulative expenditures eligible for tax increment reimbursement for each TIF
district and reflects the total tax increment cumulative revenue received through FY 2018
and the amount estimated to be received in FY 2019.
