Doctor On Demand allows plan members to see a doctor virtually by using their phone, tablet or computer. In order to encourage employees to use this service, Personnel Manager Randy Peck recommends City Council approval to set the co-payment for poctor On Demand service at $10.00 for all employees. The co-payment is $15.00 for employees covered by the Police Bargaining Unit and $25.00 for all other employees. � � In order to encourage employees to use this service, I recommend the co-payment for I Doctor On Demand services be $10.00 for all employees. As employees use this service more frequently the lower co-pay will not place a financial strain on the city health care program because using this service is less expensive for the city than a regular doctor visit.
