Dear Dubuque City Council:
Sevdije "Dee" and I operate the Point Restaurant in Dubuque. Directly behind the restaurant at
2325 Garfield Ave is the land that Ace Construction (Louis Mihalakis) seeks to rezone from C-2
to C-3 zoning so he can operate his contracting business at that location.
Since the applicant purchased the property in 2018, he has done a wonderful job of cleaning up
what was a very unsightly property. We are in favor of the rezoning and ask the City Council to
vote in favor of the rezoning.
Sincerely,
Sevdije and Avzi Ramadani
