Approval of minutes from the April 18, 2019 meeting. Motion by Baskerville to approve the minutes as submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0. 2. Schedule a hearing on the appeal of Richard Kapparos. Motion by White to set the hearing date for May 21, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Second by Baskerville. Assistant City Attorney Maureen Quann and Personnel Manager Randy Peck advised that if all parties agreed, the hearing date could be moved to allow time for the appointment of a third commissioner.
