Present —Mayor Andelfinger, Coun-
cilmen Kane, McEvoy, Thompson,
City Manager Evans.
Absent — Councilman Schuckert.
Meeting called by order of Mayor
Andelfinger and Councilman Thomp-
son.
Mayor Andelfinger read the call
and stated that service thereof had
been duly made and that this is the
postponed regular monthly meeting
of the Council for the purpose of
acting on any such business as may
properly come before a regular
meeting of the City Council.
Petition of Joseph P. Connolly, re-
ferred to the City Council by the
Board of Supervisors, requesting the
suspension of the 1931 tax on Lot 4
of Fortune's Sub., presented and read.
Councilman Thompson moved to
refer the petition to the City Solic-
itor for investigation and report.
Seconded by Councilman McEvoy.
Carried by the following vote:
Yeas —Mayor Andelfinger, Council-
men Kane, McEvoy, Thompson.
Nays —None.
Absent — Councilman Schuckert.
Petition of Emma H. Wilson, re-
ferred to the City Council by the
Board of Supervisors, requesting the
