To Whom It May Concern:
There are three appeals from the Dubuque City Board of Review decisions that require notification under
441.39 (1) of the Code of lowa. The appeals are for 2020 assessments of value and would affect taxes
beginning in the fall of 2021 and the spring of 2022.
The first appeal is CVB Building LLC located at 1247 Century Dr. The appeal was filed to the lowa
Property Assessment Appeal Board. The commercial property is assessed at $410,220 and the appellant
is requesting a reduction to $250,000.

The second appeal is Steven and Tamara Ryan located at 1759 S Grandview Ave. The appeal was filed
to the lowa Property Assessment Appeal Board. The residential property is assessed at $1,258,890 and �
the appellant is requesting a reduction to $1,100,000. �

The third appeal is from Walgreens Co., 55 John F Kennedy Road. This appeal was filed in Dubuque '�
County District Court and is a continuance of the 2019 appeal. The commercial property is assessed at �
$1,914,180 and the appellant is requesting a reduction to $1,185,600.
