Minutes, Human Rights 3 26 01DUBUQUE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION Minutes of March 26, 2001 Thom Determan called a special meeting of the Dubuque Human Rights Commission to order at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2001 in Conference Room 2 at the City Hall Annex. ROLL CALL: Present: Evelyn Jackson Kathy Blau Raydora Drummer Judy Giesen Marry 0'Shea Thom Determan Charles Ryan Kathy Stevens Absent: Ruby Sutton Staff: Kelly Larson Carol Spinoso William G. Blum Dorothy O'Brien, the Complainant's legal representative, and Michael Lied, Respondent's representative, presented omi arguments in the matter of D.H.R.C. #3849, Samuel Taylor vs. Farmland Foods. It was moved by Marry and seconded by Kathy Blau, pursuant to Section 21.5(1)(0 of the . Iowa Code, to go into closed session to discuss the decision to be rendered in a contested case conducted according to the provisions of Chapter 17A of the Iowa Code. No further discussion.
