DISCUSSION Staff completed the attached application for Dubuque to recertify as a Tree City USA. The Park and Recreation Commission unanimously recommended approval at their December 14th, 2021 meeting. ACTION REQUESTED I respectfully request City Council approval for the Mayor to sign the attached Tree City USA designation application. cc: Laura Roussell, Dubuque Trees Forever President Hobie Wood, Dubuque Trees Forever Vice President Steve Fehsal, Park Division Manager attachment reviewr TREE CITY USA An Arbor day Foundolion Program 2021 Tree City USA INSTRUCTIONS APPLICATION MY EVENTS MY APPLICATION SUBMISSION NAME Dubi STAT New SUBMI EVALU PARKDIVISIONMANA...
