For the second consecutive month, a significant drop in DVD & Blu-ray movies (-27%). Year-to-date overall circulation FY22 is still slightly up over year-to-date FY21. • 96 Curbside visits in November. • Joint program with the Dubuque Museum of Art: Live Q & A with Author Tim O'Brien and Filmmaker Aaron Mathews to Discuss the film The Life and Times of Tim O'Brien was well received. • Some large audience programs were cancelled in November due to safety considerations surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic. • The Dubuque Senior High School Madrigal Singers were magnificent at the Christmas Tree Lighting Festival on December 4. • Discussion was had regarding the competitive nature of hiring entry-level staffing and the pay scale that is necessary to compete in the current market.
