Notice is further given that on the 7'1' day of February, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at Eichman's in Sageville, Iowa, a public hearing will be held on the proposed resolution by the City of Sageville which would, if approved, authorize the City of Sageville, to voluntarily annex properties currently owned by Kevin D. and Donna M. Schmitt, and legally described as: That part of Lot 43 in Dayton Subdivision No. 3 not already within the City limits of Sageville; and, Section 3, Township 89 North, Range 2 East of the 5`" P.M., according to the recorded plats thereof, subject to highway and easements of record; and, Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and those parts of Lot 8, 9, and 10, in Dayton Subdivision No. 3, not already within the City limits of Sageville; all in Section 3, Township 89 North, Range 2 East of the 5`h P.M., according to the recorded plats thereof, subject to highway and easements of record; and, Lot 3 of Dayton Subdivision No. 3, in Section 3, Township 89 North, Range 2 East of the 5°i P.M., in Dubuque County, Iowa, according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to easements of record; and one-half of the width of Rupp Hollow Road, adjacent to said lots.
