While the market was volatile still in 2021 due to COVID, meetings being rescheduled, and concerns on attendee safety, Dubuque did still hold its own. The wall that hosts this ongoing mural exhibition is located at 105 Locust Street in downtown Dubuque. This large south facing wall acts as an exciting "artistic gateway" for travelers entering Dubuque.
