The requested April 18, 2022 Work Session at 5:30 p.m. will highlight recent local arts
and culture activities advancing the implementation of Dubuque's Arts & Culture Master
Plan. The presentation will be led by staff and will feature brief program snapshots from
volunteers associated with the plan and select representation from City -funded
Operating Support grantees.
