that a public hearing be held on this matter be held
on October 16, 1995 and Clerk directed to publish
notice as required by law. Seconded by Council
Member Nicholson. Carried by the following vote:
Yeas—Mayor Duggan, Council Members Krieg,
Nagle, Nicholson, Robbins, Voetberg.
Nays—None. Absent—Council Member
Kluesner.
There being no further business, Council
Member Voetberg moved to adjourn the meeting.
