Housing and Community Development Director Alexis Steger is requesting a City
Council work session for August 1, 2022, at 5:30pm. This will be a 30-minute session
where City Staff and Dave Lyons (Greater Dubuque Development Corporation) will
provide a report on efforts and strategies to address the shortage of workforce housing
in Dubuque.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
