Why It Matters
Our region is growing more diverse. However, many
mi n o rity comm un iti es in Dubuq ue have histori cally
lacked access to resources that enable them to thrive.
Furthermore, residents of diverse backgrounds have
experienced hostilities that make them feel unwelcome.
To drive economic growtK retain residents and affirm
the humanity of all people, everyone must feel welcome
and have the ability to achieve their full potential.
Our Unique Role
