List general REAP legislation -related goals and objectives of your organization or municipality that have changed since the 2022 update of the Dubuque Count A. Request that the Iowa Legislature increase the cap on the Environmental First Fund (under which REAP and many environmental programs are funded) to help fund REAP Pass legislation to increase the state sales tax from 6% to 6 3/8% with the 2/7 of one percent to be deposited in the Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund that the votes of Iowa already supported. B. If this does not happen then the Iowa Legislature increase REAP to full funding of $20 million and create more permanent funding year after year.
