WORK SESSIONS (2) 1. Federal and State Grant Updates - American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Grant Updates and Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 Director of Strategic Partnerships Teri Goodmann, ICMA Local Government Management Fellow Abhishek Rai, and Technical Grant Analyst/Assistant Justin Thiltgen will make a presentation.
