BASIC AGREEMENT
JOCI shall provide services detailed in Scope of Services and Owner agrees to pay JOCI
as compensation for their services the lump sum fee of Thirty -Six Thousanddollars
($36,000.00). Terms of charges and payments per details in SCHEDULE B. (Prices
quoted are subject to change ninety (90) days after proposal date, if not contracted.

A. Scope of Services Performed by Owner (ROV):
1. Provide clear access to the tank site.
2. Perform bacteriological testing after completion of the inspection. Obtain one safe
water sample.
3. Operate the tank in-service mode.
B. Scope of Services Performed by JOCI (ROV)
1. To chlorinate the ROV and control lines.
2. To open the top roof hatch.
3. Drop the ROV into the tank.
4. To ROV the tank.
5. Inspect the tank's interior coating for remaining intactness and anticipate life.
Review all interior girders and appurtenances for possible structural damage from
icing or corrosion.
6. Review all interior surfaces for corrosion and /or damage and quantify damage for
repairs. All repairs are to be quantified by extrapolation of a measured area. All
quantities are estimates (usually high) because corrosion will continue between
inspection and repair.
7. Inspect the exterior coating and perform ASTM adhesion tests where coating
adhesion is questionable. If it is evident that repainting is not necessary for several
years, no destructive adhesion tests will be performed.
8. Review all exterior appurtenances for damage due to corrosion.
9. Review the exterior of the exposed foundations.
10. Review all safety requirements for ladders, cages, etc.
11. Review all health aspects of the tank, including screening of the vent, overflow
pipe, and other possible contamination sources.
12. To drone the exterior of the tank.
13. Prepare a report documenting all items found and recommendations for repair.
The report is to include: conclusions and recommendations, base report, and
digital photographs with descriptions along with a detailed inspectors estimate of
work to be completed.

2. All JOCI service invoices are net 30 day.
NOTE: 750K College Elevated is Excluded Because it Requires a Drain Out Inspection
