Adoption of Agenda
C Blaine Schoenhard motioned to adopt the agenda. Katrina Wilberding seconded. Motion
passed 5-0.
Approval of Minutes of June 2, 2022 and June 20, 2022
C Blaine Schoenhard motioned to approve the minutes. Corey Valeskey seconded. Motion
passed 5-0.
Action Items
CASE #1 INTERPRETATION OF OD
Applicant: David Stuart
Location: 1472 Locust St
Appeal: Appellant requests appeal of March 16, 2022 notice
Stuart Hoover placed Shane Hoeper under oath and asked questions of the property
inspections. Dave Stuart brought the Board's attention to exhibit C regarding the shed
on the property and discussing his work on the project. Mike Belmont followed up with
the staff report. After discussion, C Blaine Schoenhard motioned to table Case #1 to
the August 4, 2022 meeting, so Appellant can provide written rebuttal in writing.
Appellant is to provide this information in writing by July 22, 2022. Dan McNamer
seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

4, 2022 meeting, so Appellant can provide written rebuttal in writing. Appellant is to
provide this information in writing by July 22, 2022. Dan McNamer seconded. Motion
passed 5-0.
