BOLTON 10 & MENK Main Findings PUBLIC SPACE: for gathering, relaxation, and recrea-tion - for visitors and daily users. INCLUSIVITY: The HMD lacks a broad cross section of people on a daily and weekly basis CONNECTIVITY: The HMD is not well connected to other parts of the city. People know where it is, but the edges are "hard" SERENDIPITY The HMD has a curated feel to it which has the unintended consequence of creating an air of formality, exclusivity, inaccesibility. AMENITY: The District lacks some ameni-ties that are important for daily users.
