Viewing and Participation O ptions
The public has the option to view and participate in the meeting in City C ouncil Chambers or

The public can provide in-person, audio, and written input dur ing each public hearing. It is
str ongly recommended that all member s of the public who intend to provide in-person or
vir tual public input contact the C ity C lerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to pr ovide
notice of intent to provide public input. This will help City staff anticipate participation levels at
