SUM MARY: Media Services will show a video of the Dubuque Police Department's
second annual awards and recognition ceremony that honors members
of the police force that go above and beyond in service to the community,
complete acts beyond the call of duty, perform acts which an officer
placed his/her life in jeopardy, and carry out other heroic measures.
