Dan McNamer seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Approval of Minutes of December 1, 2022 Dan McNamer motioned to approve the minutes. C Blaine Schoenhard III seconded. Motion passed 5-0. CASE 33-3-1 INTERPRETATIOOF THE CODE Applicant: Location: y Appeal: Appellant requests interpretation of guardrail requirement On Case B3-3-1 the Board unanimously agreed the code official correctly interpreted the true intent of the applicable code and the code fully applied to the property. The Board unanimously agreed the appellant did not propose an equal or better form of construction. Public Input There was no public in the gallery so there was no public input. Items from the Board There were no items from the Board. Items from Staff Mike Belmont updated the Board on the coming adoption of 2021 I -Codes. They will need to go to City Council so a special Board meeting will be held to allow the Board time to review. Adjournment Corey Valaskey motioned to adjourn the meeting. Dan McNamer seconded.
