Motion by Crabill to receive and file said document. Seconded by Heathcote. Motion carried 3-0. 2. Cancel the May 5, 2023 Appeal Hearing for Ethan Lembke and request City Attorney propose dates for rescheduling the Appeal Hearing at the May 10 regular commission meeting. Motion by Crabill to cancel the May 5, 2023, Appeal Hearing for Ethan Lembke and approve the City Attorney proposing dates for rescheduling the hearing at the May 10 regular commission meeting.
