We hired an additional job coach for this position that works with a small student crew to complete modifications from installing grab bars to completing tub to walk-in shower replacements. We have completed more than 15 homes and are receiving positive feedback from homeowners regarding the work and professionalism of our team. Further, this pathway offers an opportunity for students to acquire additional skills before they enter the workforce.
