Adoption of Agenda
Case H-2-23-2 of the agenda is withdrawn because an agreement was made between the
property owner and the City to withdraw the invoice prior to the appeal hearing. Agenda as
amended was adopted.
Approval of Minutes for December 20, 2022
Jeff Lenhart motioned to approve the minutes. Lynn Sutton seconded. Motion passed 4-0.

CASE H-2-23-1 EXTENSION OF TIME
Applicant: Mark Pregler
Location: 7161718 Wilson Ave
Appeal: Extension of time to April 1, 2023, to scrape and paint property
The Board unanimously agreed the appellant claimed the specific code violations cannot be
corrected in the timeframe prescribed by the inspector. The Board unanimously agreed the
appellant should be granted an extension of time to correct the code violations.. Mary Gotz
voted to extend the extension of time to June 1, 2023. Lynn Sutton seconded. Motion passed
4-0.
CASE H-2-23-3 APPEAL OF MOWING ASSESSMENT
Applicant: Chad Ellis Construction Inc.
Location: Lot 27 Marisa Ridge
Appeal: Dismiss mowing assessment
The Board unanimously agreed the code official. correctly interpreted the code provisions cited
in the Notice of Violation. The Board unanimously agreed the code provisions cited in the Notice
of Violation fully applied to the property. The Board unanimously agreed the conditions
referenced in the Notice of Violation constitute a violation of the code provisions.
