Motion carried 7-0. COUNCIL MEMBER REPORTS Council Member Sprank reported attending the 2ntl annual Rooted Table event held on Washington 5treet in Dubuque. Council Member Jones congratulated the city on a recently received grant. Mayor Cavanagh reported that he attended the Black Business Expo along with Council Member Wethal and City Manager Van Milligen. CLOSED SESSION Motion by Jones to convene in closed session at 10:03 p.m. to discuss Pendiug Litigation and Purchase or Sale of Real Estate Chapter 21.5(1)(c),(j) Code of Iowa.
