City of Dubuque tree split and fell onto our property at around 12.30, damaging our home, downing power lines. and presenting a significant hazard to us and Gassers-bv in the right-of-way. My partner called the city, and the city directed her to call the tree service directly because it was on our home [see letter, photographs image of property from county Cai5 service, and assessment of damage by insuranc�I 8.
