to the proposed Althauser Street Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction project.

Revolving Fund Sewer Revenue Loan
City Manager recommending that a public hearing be set for January 16, 2024, on the
proposition of selling not to exceed $3,200,000 in State Revolving Fund Sewer Revenue Loan,
the proceeds of which will be used to pay costs for Tamarack Sanitary Sewer Extension, Twin
Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension, and Granger Creek Lift Station Improvements.
RESOLUTION To fix a date for a public hearing on proposal to enter into a Sewer Revenue
Loan and Disbursement Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not
to exceed $3,200,000
