Present: Mayor Cavanagh; Council Members Farber, Jones, Resnick, Roussell, Sprank, Wethal; City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell. Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a regular session of the City Council called for the purpose of conducting such business that may properly come before the City Council. ACTION ITEMS 1. 911 Emergency Communications Center Agreement: Motion by Jones to receive and file the documents and adopt Resolution No. 412-23 Approving the Dubuque County Public Safety Answering Point Agreement between the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County, and the Dubuque County 911 Service Board. Seconded by Farber. Responding to a question from the City Council, Dubuque County Emergency Management Director Tom Berger summarized the outlook for expansion and regionalization of the emergency communications center. City Council Members commended the agreement and thanked all involved parties for their work on identifying a new center. Motion carried 7-0.
