Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting a work session on officer involved shooting procedures.
WORK SESSION
Officer Involved Shooting Procedures
Assistant Police Chief Joe Messerich will present on the Dubuque Police Department's policy
and procedures when a police officer is involved in an officer involved shooting or use of force
incident causing death.
There being no further business, Mayor Cavanagh declared the meeting adjourned at
