Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting public hearings on certain Fiscal Year 2025 Department Budgets.

1. Set Public Hearing on FY 2025 City Budget
City Manager recommending setting the public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2025 City budget,
operating and capital improvement program, for the City of Dubuque for April 15, 2024.
RESOLUTION Setting the Date for the Public Hearing on the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget for the
City of Dubuque
RESOLUTION Setting the Date for the Public Hearing on the Five -Year Capital Improvement
Program for Fiscal Years 2025 Through 2029 for the City of Dubuque
