On May 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. students enrolled in the Iowa Jobs for America's
Graduates (iJAG) program at Stephen Hempstead and Dubuque Senior High School
will present to the Mayor and City Council about their experience participating in City
Life. The presentation will begin with a short video created by the students, sharing their
journey and experiences. Additionally, the students would like to offer some suggestions
and recommendations on what attract and retain area youth in Dubuque.
