5 29 24 City Clerk's NotesCITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS SPECIAL SESSION The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:15 p.m. on May 29, 2024, in the second -floor Council Chambers of the Historic Feder/al Building, 350�W. 6th Street. Present: Mayor Cava agh; Council Members Farber, Jos, Resnick, Rou's ell, Sprank, Weth�a1; City Manager V n Milligen, City Attorn Brumwell. Absent: Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the purpose of setting a public hearing for the 2024 pavement marking project and holding a public hearing for the PRICE Grant Application. ITEMS SET FOR PUBLIC HEARING 1.2024 Pavement Marking Project: Initiate Public Bidding Process and Setting Date for Public Hearing City Manager recommending City Council authorize initiating the public bidding process and set a public hearing on June 3, 2024, and to approve the plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of $247,500 for the 2024 Pavement Marking Project through the adoption of the attached resolution.
